Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to eligible delivery addresses within supported regions shown at checkout. If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified during checkout or shortly after placing your order.

Shipping Fee

We offer Flat-Rate Shipping:

  • Flat-Rate Shipping Fee: A flat shipping fee will be shown clearly at checkout before you complete payment.

  • The flat-rate fee applies per order unless otherwise stated at checkout.

  • We do not charge sales tax on orders (0% tax charged by us at checkout).

Processing Time (Order Preparation)

Before an order ships, we prepare and process it:

This includes order verification, packaging, and handoff to the shipping carrier.

Shipping Time (Transit Time)

Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

  • Shipping time: 9–10 business days

Shipping time is counted after the package is handed to the carrier.

Total Delivery Time

Estimated total delivery time: 10–12 business days
This total = processing (1–2 business days) + shipping (9–10 business days).

Tracking

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped (when available).

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Atlaspullman Store is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
