Returns & Refunds Policy

Atlaspullman Store is owned and operated by Omniconnected LLC. This Returns & Refunds Policy explains when you can request a return or refund and how we handle eligibility, timelines, and processing.

1) Return Eligibility

We accept return requests under the conditions below:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • The item is returned with original packaging (if applicable)

  • The return request is submitted within the allowed return window (see below)

  • The item is not excluded under “Non-Returnable Items”

2) Return Window

  • You must request a return within 30 days of delivery (based on tracking or carrier confirmation).

  • After approval, you will receive return instructions and the return must be shipped back within the timeline provided.

3) Non-Returnable Items

The following are generally not eligible for return or refund (unless damaged/defective on arrival):

  • Items marked final sale

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

  • Items that show signs of use, wear, washing, or damage after delivery

  • Items returned without prior approval

4) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • A short description of the issue

If approved, we may offer (depending on the situation):

  • Replacement

  • Refund

  • Store credit (only if you agree)

5) Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to customer preference (changed mind, wrong size selected, no longer needed), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item) or verified defect/damage, we will cover return shipping or provide a suitable resolution.

6) Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refund processing time: 3–5 business days after inspection/approval

  • Your bank/payment provider may take additional time to post the refund

7) Shipping Fees Are Non-Refundable

  • Original shipping fees (including flat-rate shipping) are non-refundable, except when the return is caused by our error or a verified defect/damage.

8) Order Cancellations

  • If you request cancellation before processing begins, we may approve it.

  • If an order is already processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.

9) Chargebacks & Disputes

Please contact us first before filing a chargeback. Chargebacks filed without contacting us may delay resolution and can result in account restrictions where appropriate.

10) How to Request a Return or Refund

  • Order number

  • Reason for return/refund

  • Photos (required for damaged/defective/wrong item claims)
